Each artwork by Dianne is a unique and original piece, and due to this exclusive nature, we do not offer returns on purchases.

However, if the item is faulty or misrepresented, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Act to provide a remedy.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us via email within 48 hours of receipt of delivery with photographs of both the packaging and the damage, and we will assess each situation individually to determine the best course of action.

If a return is approved, return shipping is the responsibility of the client.
